TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The client agrees to pay $49.99 per month. No obligation and no contracts to sign. If annual billing is preferred a Subscription Agreement will follow shortly after subscribing.
2. The client agrees that HOTLINE TO HR will bill the client’s credit card/ or monthly invoicing to occur on the first of each month.
3. The subscription is subject to change on an annual basis, due to economic conditions such as inflation, no more than 3% (three percent), subject to client’s approval and three months notice.
4. In no event shall Hotline To HR be liable for special, direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the provisions of service within the terms and conditions of this agreement. Liability of the company in any and all categories and or any causes shall in the aggregate, not exceed charges levied by Hotline To HR to the customer for the provisions of service.
